I’m Derick Murray.

I'm a senior UI developer with 10+ years of experience building accessible UI platforms and design systems. My work centers on component libraries and monorepos that improve developer velocity while keeping products consistent, SEO-aware, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.

I'm currently a freelance Frontend Consultant, delivering accessible frontend architecture and brand systems for clients across healthcare, small business, and non-profit sectors, from first concept through launch.

Previously, I spent seven years at LogixHealth, where I owned the centralized UI platform powering 20+ clinician-facing applications. I led a team of three frontend developers and partnered with Brand and Design to build an enterprise design system from the ground up. Before that, I modernized the global web presence at ZOLL Medical, supporting 14 languages and integrating HubSpot and Salesforce into their content platform.
